- A signed loan application and a privacy
declaration.
- A letter from your employer
confirming your term of employment, your base salary or wage and any
additional regular allowances, or a copy of your last two pay slips
clearly identifying your employer and
detailing your base salary or wage.
- The last two years PAYG group certificate or tax assessment
notices
